Cinnamood:)

I'm in a baking mood today .
I guess I'm gonna make one of my favorite desserts! Yummy, sweet cinnabon rolls!

I just love them accompanied with cocoa or hot chock, this stuff just makes me fuel up after work, especially when I enjoy it with my loved ones in the heart of our city, where the sweet and comfy Cinnabon cafeteria is situated!

So here we go now, let's just make it:)um hungryyyy... :-D
Before everything else just let me tell you that this is my first time making it, so please don't judge me  too strictly.
Now, leaving all that blah-blah-blah aside let me introduce  the recipe  I  found and considered to be better than the other ones.

Ingredients:

Dough   -       Milk - 200ml
                         Dry yeast - 1pack
                         Eggs - 2
                         Salt - 1teaspoon
                         Soft butter - 2cups
                         Flour - 2cups
                         Sugar - 1.5cups
                         Vanilla sugar - 2packs
Filling -         Butter - 2tablespoons
                         Cinnamon - 5 tablespoons
                         Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

Cream Frosting -   Sugar powder -1.5 cups
                                     Cream cheese -8oz(226g)
                                     Vanilla - 1teaspoon
                                     Milk - 1 tablespoon

So, firstly we take the hot milk and yeast and mix them.
Beat the eggs until fluffy, then add the beaten eggs, 0,5cup of sugar,a pack of vanilla sugar and 3tablespoons of butter into the milk and yeast mixture and mix altoghether.
Take another bowl and mix flour and salt, then add this to the ready mixture. Knead the dough until it's smooth.Place it in a bowl and cover it. Wait for at least an hour , let the dough rise until it doubles in size. Gently deflate the dough down by kneading it once or twice, then allow it to rise again.
Then roll the dough on a floured board, spread softened butter on it and sprinkle the mix of brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the butter.
Grab one end of the dough and  start rolling it really tightly like a sleeping bag!!!
Use a knife to put indentations in every 2 inches and then cut them.Put each of the pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake the rolls for 15 to 20minutes at a temperature of 180ÂșC.
Making a cream frosting is very easy. You just take all the ingredients and mix altoghether.
After taking the rolls out spread the frosting on the rolls.
So that's it. The rolls are ready to be served!!
Bon appetit :)

mmmmmmmmmm.......yummy!!!
