Gorgeously Green :)

Day 2(Green day)



Breakfast:
Green tea


Lunch :
Lettuce salad with rice & radish/
Tabbouleh/
Cabbage salad
         

                                    



Dinner:
Kefir 


Snacks between meals:
Green apples 

Green iced tea with mint




Drinking a lot of water will help us clean our body, cuz as we know burning calories creates toxins and water plays a vital role in flushing them out of our body.




Initial weight loss is largely due to loss of water, and we need to drink an adequate amount of water in order to avoid dehydration.

The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently; dehydration slows down the fat-burning process.
        Not forgetting about work-outs.

Eat better, Feel better!!!

For those who really want to lose weight - start up with your head.
Only a good motivation and inner instructions will bring you to the final point.
I always say that whatever you do you should know a lot about it and be sure you don't harm your health.
For me, I think it's better to eat whatever you like in limited amounts thank just eat nothing, starve and kill yourself!

 
 


I never do so, a good diet plan, is a diet that consists of good vitamins and all necessary supplements for our body.
Starving is not a solution! The most effective way of losing weight and being healthy is avoiding junk food, which not only makes you fat, but, first of all makes you ill, harms your health...
Eating healthy - means choosing to be beautiful aside of being healthy.






So don't even think that when you eat natural yogurt and someone else eats a burger, he/she is more lucky. Even if that people don't gain weight visually, they gain  a whole lot of  bad stuff  in their body what  finally brings them to really unpleasant point!

So keep going - lead a healthy life, read a lot, be aware of what you eat and what you do!
Life's beautiful...be worth it!

My STRAWBERRY day!!!

Hey, it's almost summer..hehe..

I'm so excited, summer is a huge celebration for me, this is the time when I get really happy, free, easy...


Summer is the time when my mood depends on the shape I am in, that's why I think it's time to skip some yummy stuff  to welcome my sweet summer without regrets...
Starting from today I'll be losing some extra pounds with my bikini friendly diet plan...
So here we go




DAY 1(Strawberry day)




Breakfast:
Strawberries

Lunch:
Oats with strawberries



Dinner :
Strawberry smoothie with yogurt


Snacks between meals - lil' green apples :)









 Regarding the work-out plan.
An hour of exercising and dancing 
to the beat is just perfect!
